Who We Are
Ibis Claim Services is headquartered in Charlotte, NC. It was established by the owner, Robert Kisiah, building on his experience in the claims industry. Robert worked for Reid, Jones, McRorie & Williams Claim Services (RJMW) and Worley Claims Services for over 10 years prior to starting Ibis Claim Services. He worked in the field as an adjuster before being promoted into management. In 2012, he was awarded the RJMW Daily Claims Adjuster Of The Year. As a general adjuster, Robert handled a variety of both small and large residential and commercial claims, with his largest claim being in excess of $1.5M. Robert is HAAG certified, and has received his ACROBAT steep and high certification.
